She has a undergraduate degree in dietetics, a master's degree in food systems (think places that serve food), plus three additional years of college education in nutrition. She is advanced certified in Autonomic Response Testing. In addition, she has added genetic nutrition into her tool box of knowledge and skills. Barbara is also a certified yoga instructor. For fun, you will find her on her bike in the woods, practicing yoga, and exercising with her husband, family, and friends. She loves crafty things, particularly turning a trashy piece furniture into a treasure. Cooking is on the list of her fun to dos. Her granddaughter is her greatest source of entertainment and keeps the entire family laughing.

About Food for Life
Food for Life, Inc. was created by Barbara R. Gray MS, RDN, LDN and Chris Campo a Christian husband and wife team. Each day we pray that we will be a good team to help our patients. We believe God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit (The Trinity) is the ultimate healer and we are in His Story on an incredible journey to serve others with the talents and gifts we each are blessed to have received.
We believe each human being has a spirit, body, and mind, each require nourishment. We believe that the spirit, body, and mind are interconnected and healing is holistic and multi facetted. We believe that the physical body is made of interconnected organ systems that do not stand alone in their functions. We believe that nutrition, physical activity, and behavior modification are key to chronic health issues.
We want to close the gap between current poor health to building an enhanced quality of life for each of our patients and their circle of influence.
Our office has a singular purpose, which is to help our patients restore their health with nutrition. We find solutions for puzzling recurring symptoms caused by poor nutrition. Poor nutrition can be caused by the food we eat or because of the body's non optimum ability to use nutrients. We strive to help each patient navigate through even the most confusing or difficult health puzzles...we are nutrition puzzle solvers. For you, this creates a quick improvement in your health.
You will find our office to be open and friendly, but with attention to your patient confidentiality. The Food for Life office is located in beautiful city Tallahassee, Florida.
