A very different diet when compared to the Standard American Diet mentioned above. These improvements occur when the client stays on a whole foods diet on an ongoing basis.
A whole foods diet will not produce rapid weight loss. However, a Food for Life Program is intended to reset your metabolism while helping you to safely change your body composition, including your weight.
